For over 17 years, Embroidery Deluxe has been providing custom digitizing / embroidery services to the Westerville, OH and surrounding areas.  Below is a list of frequently asked questions that may answer some of the most common questions about our business.  If the question you were looking for is not answered, feel free to give us a call.

• Q: Is there a minimum order?
  
  A: No
   
• Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
  
  A: You should allow 2 - 3 weeks for your order to be completed.  It may be less depending on the shop schedule.  1st orders should see an electronic proof of their designs in a week, once the design and colors are approved, production should take 1 - 2 weeks depending on the order.
   
• Q: Will my logo work in embroidery?
  
  A: Many logos work very well in embroidery with little or no changes.  Some logos that have small lettering blend or are non-standard sizing, may require some modifications to make them work in embroidery.  Ink and thread are not the same.  Thread has thickness that can not be changed and ink has its own properties.  We try to match pantones colors if given to us, but be aware that there are a limited number of thread colors available.  We will work with you to find a thread color that matches or is as close as possible.  If you're curious about your logo, send a digital graphic to us via email, include a phone number so we can call to discuss and ask questions.
   
• Q: How do I get my artwork to you?
  
  A: You can e-mail your digital graphics as an attachment or send a hard copy to us by snail mail.  We accept jpg, tif and pdf files.  Graphics embedded in word documents are not acceptable.  High resolution art will assist us to produce sharp, crisp embroidery.
   
• Q: Trademarked logos?
  
  A: We can not use a trademark logo without permission from the licensed owner of the design.  Please be aware that not all trademarked logos will display the registered symbol yet they are trademarked.

Our friendly and professional staff is here to answer any questions you may have about our company or our services.  Your embroidery will be as unique as you choose to make it.  Items can be ordered from many catalogs or bring in your own item to be embroidered.  There is no minimum or maximum order, we'll embroider 1 item or 1000.  We're located in Westerville, OH but also offer our services to the following cities: Delaware, Hilliard, Tahamma and New Albany.  We stand behind our work and are open 6 days a week for your convenience.
